View from the Canoe

I got out on the canoe this afternoon with my mate Chris. We decided to take the Colorado on her first proper sea going expedition out on the Gare Loch and the Clyde. This is the view North up the loch with the farm up on the right there, and Faslane Naval base in the distance. Thankfully we didn't bump into any Submarines. The wind picked up for a while and gave us some waves to contend with, but the Colorado was great, very stable. After a wee cuppa on the a beach near Rosneath, opposite Rhu spit, we powered back through the waves and back to Rhu where we started from. A thoroughly brilliant way to spend a Sunday.
