Back to the Future............

...........or - 'Down Memory Lane!'

This is the house where I was born many,many years ago! I went to see it today as I have had a yearning for a long time to walk from the house to the School I attended as a young child. I always imagined that it was many miles away and today I measured the distance. It was 3/4 of a mile and took us 33 minutes today at a slow pace. That was quite a walk for a five year old who walked alone every day. I cannot imagine parents allowing this now. Had a great day, talking to people we met in the localities and re-visiting old haunts.

That's another ambition ticked off 'The Bucket List!!'
