What am I?

I'm a sook!

I'm soft - I don't like being cold - so when the temperatures dropped today as a huge, wet front swamped us, I headed straight off to the hardware shop to hunt out a cheap and instant form of heating.

I have this aversion to lighting the fire before May. Gas is a cheap and efficient alternative so I splurged out and bought a gas heater. Of course, I then had to test it - and it's wonderful! In no time at all I was toasty warm - and the cats were very quick to bags their places infront of it!

So what am I? I'm now a warm sook!!
