Donald and Luke dropped by and leant a hand in the garden, briefly, before other distractions like buying a bike on the internet took precedence.

I am such a scrooge and when I insured my car a year ago I thought I was being economical by opting for the 4,000 miles a year policy.
This last week I've been counting every mile travelled because I have now come within 6 miles of the 4,000 insurance. So, this morning it was time to phone the Insurers and up the mileage even though there is a mere few weeks left before the year is up.

Long story short - it's cheaper to double to 8,000 miles.
