Tyred Lady

I am not exactly sure what this lady does. She either rides around town on her little three wheeler looking for people who need a new bicycle tyre... Or she follows them round waiting till their's wear out and she scups them to sell to the recycling plant.. Either way... It's a living and I imagine it's how she feeds her family so good on her.

Does anyone else think they ride these three wheelers backwards? Maybe I am just used to HArbin where the driver/rider is at the front and the load is behind. Here, it seems like it's the other way round.
