Es Game of SKATE...

Today the Es (skate shoe company) game of SKATE came to Edinburgh's Saughton Park Skatepark. If you're not familiar with the game of SKATE you check this entry for a rundown of what it's about.

It was run as a series of head to head competitions with knockout rounds heading up to an eventual winner for over and under 16s. I think the applicable winners can then go on to enter a national competition which then goes onto a world wide competition.

All loads of fun with some rather complicated and good skating going on. My transition legs sent me out in the first round but it was fun and brilliant to watch.
