Wheat fields, East Preston

I spotted this wheat field the other week on a very grey day. Today though, we've had a fair amount of sun and blue sky, so I went back along to get a photograph.

Looks like we might be in for a reasonable week weatherwise, which is good for the first week of the school holidays. However, they are predicting August to be not so good, so I'm not holding my breath that it lasts...
