Belmont

This is the Belmont television mast which is near Cadwell Park race circuit. I'm about a mile away from it here - I won't get any closer. The reason I won't get any closer is that for some reason the thing gives me the willies. If I drive past it I get an uneasy tingling up and down my spine. I have this irrational fear of tall things in open spaces.

I'm not scared of open spaces though. I wouldn't be scared walking through Manhatten with all the sky scrapers. However if they built a sky scraper in the middle of the desert then I wouldn't go anywhere near it.

I'm an odd child.
