Beau-pere

This is Les - Mrs B's father who is over from the Pays de Gex, meeting his latest grandson and entertaining his first one too.

Recently retired from a career with CERN, Les is enjoying a retirement that involves a lot of travelling, bon viveuring and being a grandad. He makes a fine, mildly intimidating beau-pere.

He also has a cave - a proper, well stocked one - and is very generous with it too. I must stress that is not the principal reason that he gets a lot of respect from me.

Oh...and he also brings us snails...and mini-pics...and a big, ripe Reblochon. I love this man.
