tried my best to capture how narrow everything is inside a favela. almost claustrophobic.

the result is that favelas are extremely social. everyone can hear everyone, so everyone knows everyone.

the homes are miniscule. so the streets become really social places. if you're not sleeping, you're probably out in the streets somewhere having a drink or watching the match
