Not sure who did this Sophia or Neo, but my suspicions are on the latter. I am thinking of calling him Neo the Destroyer. My friend said to me, 'are you sure he's not a dog?' One day I'll list all the things he's broken.

Today I came home to the dreadful news of the shootings and explosion in Norway. You'd think we would all be immune to these tragedies by now, but we're not, each one leaves us more devastated.

So tonight, my heart goes out to all those families in Norway, who will be mourning the loss of a family member.

And to all the people of Norway, we are all thinking of you.
