Rat On A Hat

About a month ago I mentioned that Roman Tours here in Chester had entered Barclays Bank One Small Step competition. I know that some of you voted for them. The prize was £50000 which was to be used towards a business plan. Their plan was to build a Roman fort. The winners were announced yesterday and the good news is that they have won.

As the Romans would say "Absque argento omnia vana."
