Thats the distance from Wallsend (in Newcastle) to Bowness on Solway (on the Cumbrian coast)

Howard ran the route today, beginning at 4:05 and finishing at 20:26.

I was pleased to accompany him for the last 20 miles or so.

(I should also point out that this is the route of the Hadrians Wall path and not just some random route chosen)
