Starling chick? - (edit: don't know what)

I have not been taking any photographs or commenting on many blips during the last few days. Sorry about the latter.

I have been having a bit of thinking time. Not heavy thinking time but loose thinking time about me, what I want, where I'm going next and how I can move forward. So far it has proved very useful and I have been able to get out of my own box. I've made most of the contacts I need to make and so far all seems well - too well, too easy, perhaps. Let's hope it all works out. If it doesn't, I'm bankrupt.

I have also thought about my photography and I have had some inspiration there too. I'll put that into operation in August. I really don't want to take photographs just for the sake of it. I need a project and I think I have now got one - but I will probably keep it secret for a while.

I wasn't going to take any photos today but when I saw this little chick in the hedge, I felt obliged to come back in for the camera.

I should be getting on with some work, but I think this time out is important.
