We went for a long walk this afternoon to walk off some of the yum lunch and cake. We went for lunch at the Well in Bulkington with Jamie's parents, brother Duncan and his wife Frida and then had a slice of the plum cake (yesterday's blip) with Dunc&Frida at ours afterwards.
