Today was for catching up - off to east sussex to see old friends. We walked the dog, drank wine, ate thai curry and went to see Bridesmaids. Which, incidentally is hilarious.

I also saw Andy, a dear friend, who is in the middle of a very dignified yet hopeless battle with cancer. He is still an amazing force even now the cracks are appearing. We always say careful goodbyes, full of love and hope for another chance of a cup of tea and gossip.
