Relief!

Thank goodness. The dreadful tropical heat and humidity are gone today from here. It reached a heat index of about 49C (121F), with a record high dew point of 82F. My poor little air conditioner (which I was very grateful for) could not keep up. This evening, a very pleasant walk with Maddy by the river, which is running high from torrential rain we had at times - the tree to the front is actually surrounded by the river.
