Shadow...

A wee day off work today...so after an early morning trip to the gym for me we headed off for a wee day trip.

The weather as it is just now you never know whether to go for an outdoors or indoors activity...we checked the forecast before leaving and gambled on an outdoors activity.

We arrived at lunch time to a rather overcast St.Andrews. Ate our picnic in the car and then headed off to the castle...it was a bit too grey for the beach.

There are numerous cameras in this house but all we had today was the iPhone and not an iPhone 4 with a flash! Hence the rather shadow like blip of the Rooster with the castle in the background.

The castle was great and although it was a tad overcast the weather gamble paid off...indeed the sun came out for a couple of hours when we were wandering around the town...we even managed an hour on the beach:-)
