Midnight Picnic

My friend and I are doing thirty things we've never done before whilst we are thirty.

Tonight it was the turn of the Midnight Picnic.

We made up our picnic, got the blankets, cushions & candles and headed out to our chosen location.

We got everything set-up before twelve, got the tunes on the go and enjoyed our wee oasis of randomness in the middle of the countryside.

It was so much fun. And we had a perfect night for it, midges and kamikaze bats aside, and it didn't even really get dark.

We'll do it again and get a bunch of folks along.
