The New Bracklinn Falls bridge

We have had a second day without the kids so we took the dog and headed for Callander for a wee walk and to see the New Bracklinn Falls bridge which was finished in the tale end of last year.
We passed our friend Mu's house on route but she wasn't there to catch up with. Ufortunately I am having problems with my computer so this blip is not cropped.

Then into the town itself for a wander.
The shock of the day was when we spied tubs of Cremola Fizz, (the old foam) in a sweetie shop window and I suggested to Lord of the Manor to get a tin to show the kids and bring back some childhood memories. Eh we left the shop empty handed, £5 was the price, for a tin half the size of the original, now that is extortion of the tourist!!! For two small cones and a tin of Cremola Foam we would have been over a tenner.....
End of rant.
Kids back, having had a fab time in Rothsay with their Grandma and Grampa. All now fed, watered and showered and crashed in their beds..... Roll on the weekend. :)
