Curiouser and curiouser

Feel there's something Through the Looking Glass about this pattern in the pavement outside the shop units halfway down Middle Meadow Walk. Went to BP to photograph M and J for the Hamlet flyer - one Hamlet, one ghost King. The director has a vision for what he wants to put together.
Disappointing football result - United's European campaign over before it had really begun. Despite overcoming the first leg deficit in the first five minutes, and winning 3-2 on the night, they went out on away goals after an aggregate 3-3 result. Changed days from when they were feared all over Europe (still the only team with 100% record in competitive matches against Barcelona - two ties, four games, four wins). A long time ago now.
