Psuedo-wings

Been trying to get a sauce in the UK that actually tastes like proper Buffalo Wings from the States. This is Discovery's version of the sauce and while it looks the part tasted a but pump. Not very spicy and just didn't have that US kick that wings over there have. Suggestions for marinades?
