Stoney Grey Steps Towards The Grave!

... well that's how I felt this morning after a pathetically short run along the seafront.

Partly through lack of enthusiasm and partly due to a painful knee the return leg was mostly walking, which gave me the opportunity to stop and take a few pics of fellow.. and more deserving of the name..runners.
