Alan Stobie's little eye

Late shift

Heading to the house each night this week after work to try and make more progress, then back to edinburgh to sleep (an inflatable mattress lying in the dust isn't really an option). It's slow - the walls and ceilings are in quite a state. Takes time. Need to find a good electrician so I can get the wiring, switches and sockets in some sort of order, so I can finish skimming with filler and finally make them liveable. It does feel like it's all getting on top of me really. Taking a week off work hardly feels like I've made a dent in it. Ach well. Mustn't grumble. Work harder, work faster and stop worrying. Never asked myself so much whether I've done the right thing with everything. Time will tell. Actually i think being able to blip is keeping me sane.
Oh, and the car has developed a serious water leak. Bo£&@cks.
