Not sure what 'tis...

but I really liked the colors and the way it is surrounded by Queen Anne's Lace and grass! I am sure it is some sort of antique farm machinery...the rotating cutter on the back looks like it was used for harvesting something. It also looks like a rake is up in the air. Curious about what it is...It is located just a little ways from home, but I never stopped to take a photo before.
