There was something ih the sea

Sat on the harbour again taking photos when I spotted the seagulls hovering with complete stillness around the light at the end of the west pier.

It made me wonder what they could see that I couldn't, and I can only assume that perhaps some fish were visible in the harbour mouth below them.

I'm probably way off beam and it's just something they do when the wind currents are right for a good sparrowhawk-like hover!

Either way, it made a lovely sight and I hope I've managed to capture it here!
