Ready ... Steady .... Go !!!

After a hard morning at the gym (Body Pump AND Bums & Tums no less!) we had a family trip to Monikie Country Park.

Since my 'Blipping' began, Lois has been very keen to make a guest appearance. So, today's Blip is an all action shot of Lois racing against the clock (I would have joined in but I was all out of energy!).

BTW ... The home baking is back on for tonight (lucky me) so tomorrow's Blip may well be a sweet treat if all goes well.
