Strange tea

Tonight Isobel didn't seem to want to stop feeding at the 6 o'clock feed and only gave up at 7.30pm.
I was on my own for tea as Rikki was out fishing. I'd forgot he was going to be out, so had bought some mackeral fillets topped with horseradish and breadcrumbs.
As i normally would get tea ready before 7pm while daddy gives the tea time feed, it was really late for me to start cooking anything crazy.
I ended up with what was in the fridge -
Mackerel, baked beans and rice!
It was actually quite a nice combo! :-)
