Frost glow

The sun almost peeked above the horizon as I entered North Hagley Park this morning. The frost and thin layer of mist in the distance glowed. Seeing this and being part of the environment make mornings like today worth biking in.

No bike dramas this morning. Only silly runners and motorists can make biking interesting (for all the wrong reasons). The earthquake damage I navigate is better than it was and not as bad as what many people in other parts of the city contend with.

An early lunch time blip today as I'm out to dinner tonight. I'm behind on commenting but see I'm home late tomorrow and Friday I have a lengthy session at the dentist. Might have trouble focusing after a few hours in his chair ;-)
