A hopefully welcome return

Well. It's been an absolute age since I was last on the site. I shamefully bailed out because I was just too busy to take a photo every day and I felt embarrassed that I wasn't doing so.

Since my last post I've kept periodically up to date with all of the other blippers out there and have always dreamed of a way to get back to it.

Now I think I have it...

Some of the things I found difficult was a) remembering to have a camera with me all the time, b) remembering to upload the photos and c) being too much of a bloody perfectionist to actually just put stuff out there.

The first problem was solved when I got an iPhone4 a few months ago. The second solved when I discovered the blipfoto app on the iTunes Store and the third when I started my MA in Cinematography at the NFTS. It was only through the help, advice and guidance of my tutors that I realised that, whilst perfection is worth striving for, it is actually in the mistakes that you learn the best lessons.

So I've decided to return to the fold, hopefully this time for good. I hope no one minds me crashing the party again.

With my first blip I'd like to highlight that there is no time like the present. Why put off until tomorrow something that can be done right now.
