Scottish Patio

Backblipped

I always remember when we put a conservatory on the house, the builder described it as a Scottish Patio and he wasn't wrong! Two years ago D along with our brother-in-law K, build the decking and I can count on one had the number of times we've actually managed to sit on it and enjoy the sunshine!

It, and my poor tubs are very neglected but hope to rectify that in the coming week. I didn't plant up my tubs before going on holiday as didn't want to burden anyone to come and water them. Pah! I should have known that wouldn't be necessary, what with all the rain!

D back to work today. A and I stuck at home having a bit of a non day. Still putting stuff away (why do we take so much stuff on holiday) and watching the ironing mounting up. I couldn't face it today and I suspect I'll feel the same tomorrow! Oh well.

On top of that, I have been driven to distraction by the fact we've had no internet connection since we got home! (If I ever wanted to find out exactly how big my blip addiction is, then the last four days have proved it!!!) Turns out we needed a new power cable. Ordered yesterday and paid extra for next day delivery. D finally got the connection up and running late this evening!
