sports day or is it?!

it was both of my kids sports days today .....thankfully now emily is at comp she doesnt have me watching her cos as Noah said "if you did have to pick either me or emily who would it be?" !!!......I cant split myself in two!!

after a drizzly start to the morning...everyone was holding their breaths... Noahs sports day went ahead with no problems... here he is in the hurdles... he was pipped right at the last minute.... hes not competitive at all.. honest!!...

he then did the third leg of the relay and ran against the fastest lad in his class and kept up with him and even sneaked ahead at the end to pass his baton over and for the purple team to win!!... he had said in the practices their team had never lost .. but it only takes one to drop the baton I said!.

It was a lovely afternoon for Noah to finish off his last couple of days in the infants... cant believe he will be running in those junior races next year!!

Then got home to find out Emilys sports day had been cancelled because of a shower this morning... health and safety had gone mad... bear in mind this is only five minutes away from Noahs school where it went ahead... so they had lessons all day which obviously they were over the moon about!!

Having a little tidy up tonight due to a date I have tomorrowv with Sam.... hopefully I can make her chill out... if not I think my kids will!!..
