Bear with a sore head

It was one of these nights that leave you tireder than when you went to bed.

Work in my old job was busy and I had to smack the legs of my team leader for missing the blatently obvious. Well I thought it was funny and I still have a job, so result all round.

The decorating of the "Last bedroom" is still going on a pace slowly.

Refilling dints and scrapes that were missed, before the paint goes on is just so much fun....I can't tell you.

In other news the curry that gently stewed as I did this was a huge sucess, The Lamb Rojan Josh melted in the mouth, I was doing quite well with the diet today, until then :-(

Does anyone know a scrumptious pudding with few calories for a dinner on Friday?

I won't hold my breath.
