Mother and Daughter

A mother walking with pain and difficulty accompanied by her daughter passed me by on the refurbished River Cart walkway tonight. I turned and took the picture of the long shadows and the heavy flood-prevention wall echoing the rooftop of the building beyond. The water flowed onwards.
