Rippled Harbour Reflection
Woke to a hard frosty morning; grass crunching under foot.
Busier than usual at the Chinese gardens. School holidays!
Went for a short wander around the upper harbour basin. Harbour like a mirror with reflections deep in the water. Wishing for a breeze or a boat to ruffle the waters a bit.
Was about to return to the car and drive home when a series of large rolling waves came up the basin changing the look completely. Couldn't shoot fast enough to capture all the wonderful images available but really liked this one. I have no idea what caused the waves and have to admit that for a moment I thought of earthquake as there was a subtle roaring sound with the waves...can there be subtle roaring??
Anyway it was a motivating few minutes and I loved it. Got home feeling more energised than I have for a while ... still nursing the remnants of the dreaded lurgy.
Check out back blip for yesterday.
Thank you for all the comments on rustic rose blip...
