Series 1/18

First of all, apologies for the poor subject matter in my inaugural Blip. Secondly, further apologies if I Blip again (I will) and you find those pictures equally boring and, perhaps, repetitive (you will).

Let me explain.

I live in Edinburgh and in the years I've lived at this address the council have failed repeatedly in their duty to empty the wheelie bins for my block. In the last few years we've also had brown gardens bins that they've been equally adept at not collecting.

This journal is here to:
- remind me of when they have failed in their responsibility so that I have some stats when I next contact them
- provide a verifiable record of when they have/haven't done what I pay them for
- hopefully demonstrate how good the council will become at emptying bins.

I hope not to Blip often. Just the days they're missed and everyday from then until they are emptied.
