I didn't sleep at all last night. The whole CPR thing kept coming to mind, especially the groan sound that the lady made when the electric pads brought her back around...

Today was a lovely day. A celebration of 40 years of marriage for two wonderful people (their likeness is beautifully captured in the cake topper you can see in the photo), two ace sessions on body image with the young people and I even got to watch/listen to the golf for a bit...
