La Confiture Demain

Well, the title really had to be in French.

CJ picked over three pounds of blackcurrants (cassis) from the garden today, and made nine pots of jam. We keep all our Bonne Maman jars to recycle, as the wide opening makes it much easier to fill. I have always liked their gingham lids.

Now perhaps I should buy some croissants for the first sampling .....
