First day at work. The CSMN is on the top floor but my office faces the other way - north thankfully.

Interestingly, the windows are very high up, so you cannot see anything much except sky out of them when sitting down. I suspect that this is because the building originally housed laboratories and is still marked on campus maps as pre-clinical dentistry. Which caused me to explore the campus more than I intended before finding it.

I think I have most of the practicalities sorted out now and can get on with some real work tomorrow. So long as the UK news doesn't keep distracting me ...
