Tonight we'll mainly be eating....
Tagine. I know that blipping you dinner is a bit lazy but I've spent the day driving again so no chance for an nice outdoor blip.
Anyway, it's vegetable tagine with aubergine and pomegranates served with couscous and broccoli and a wee glass of vino rosso, on a school night too.
I would put up the recipe but it's still in development, which is code for 'I'm making it up as I go along'.
A bit like life really.
