Passion Flower

This flower was what I had planned to blip yesterday but in the end I had to choose the cat next door with its super mean look, on a plus at least I didn't need to think too hard for today's shot - only problem it was raining so heavily I was concerned about drowning the camera, I just quickly grabbed a shot, normally if I go fully manual I take many shots but I took one and that is it, its not as focused as I'd like but the colours are pretty. I've decided that I'm not going to spend heaps of money in expensve garden centers as the plants always seem to die whereas Sainsubury's cheap and cheerful seem to thrive - I bought a couple of these and they are climbing everywhere and have loads of flower buds, I think the other one is red.

Poor Apache he's still suffering from all the excitement of yesterday and is cat tired so I didn't get my normal cat alarm call at silly o'clock - it was bliss :)
