Pretty Polly

Poppy the Parrot greets visitors to Woodside Falconry Park in Lincolnshire and says a very loud 'Hello'!

She is a proper poser when it comes to having a photograph taken and insisted on getting as close to the lens as she could and having a peck whilst I was trying to steady the camera.

Poppy eventually took up this pose which shows her 'best' side and as red is definately a favourite colour contrasted with the white around the eye I thought this quite striking.
