Right and first left out of our front door and you are presented with this street. The HQ of Carlsberg in both ancient and modern forms.

It's been a off/on kinda day on the weather front and just when I wanted to catch an easy Blip of the sun setting down this street - it disappeared. So, time to try the hand-held, in-camera HDR setting. This clever little thing takes 3 images (here with 3 EV stops between frames) with one click and merges them . I added a little gamma (as is normally needed for HDR merged images), then went b&w, and then added a very tiny bit of blue tint (it's what graphic designers do, so I've been told). HDR does not have to be a picture from your worst nightmare - it can be a good save too.
