Curry Paste

I don't normally make curry paste, but recently I had the urge (inspired by some coconut milk). Its nice to bang about with a pestle and mortar.

Recipe:

Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds
SMASH!
5 Garlic cloves
Thumb of ginger
Piece of lemon grass
SMASH! SMASH!!
Touch of rapeseed oil
Generous dose of Sambar curry powder
Tumeric
Chili flakes
SMASH SMASH SMASH!!
