Jack and Tarek

Jack on the left works at Physique Warehouse and has triceps like steel. I can vouch for this as I have to poke them every time i go. I'm too scared to poke Tarek.
Jack had boiling water poured on him as a child. A great testament to his character that he embraces his scars and is so proud of his physique. I think he looks cool! Chicks do dig scars.

Zebedee's 100th today. We are all terribly excited!
