Just before ...

... the heavens opened.

And we were still 25 minutes from home.

No coat and no camera bag.

Wrapped my camera up in my old tatty cardy and raced home.

Arrived back wet through to my pants.

However, other than the strap, my camera escaped unscathed.

I think I may write to BHS to thank them for the waterproof capabilities of their cardy's.
