Temperature

Just a measuring device.
Giving the temperature of the auxiliary steam at unit EC 6.
The temperature has to be high enough, above the saturation temperature, compared to the pressure.
Pressure is about 11.5 bar, giving a saturation temperature of about 189° C.
So the 262° C is high enough.

Auxiliary steam is used for shaftsealsystem of the steamturbine, heating of the natural gas and other (pre) heating purposes.

At this moment the unit is not in service, because of low demand on the grid. (holidayseason).
Doing some troubleshooting on steamturbine regulating system....
