There comes a time in every woman's life when she needs to visit the pet food butcher, slip into the local fruit and vege shop, brave the supermarket and pick up a few goodies at the local organics shop.

The bike stayed home and I filled the boot with all of the above.

I would have liked to sit a while in my chair but I had a few bags of supplies to put away.

A good day. I had my annual PD&R (professional development and review) at work. Some excellent feedback and management was supportive of my innovative training suggestions. Innovative in that I live in a city without a city centre. Normal training solutions are non-existent. Nice too, to have my well being considered.

Dinner and DVD with the neighbour and a friend tonight :-)
