Another day at the Palace for the London Sprints. Nothing particularly special to report, but some nice looking swims. What more can one expect with fat legs, eh Chloe?

Finally managed to catch up on my blipping this evening, after deciding yesterday not to bother. Not quite ready to let my run slip yet.
