Chicken Picatta

For years I've been desperate to try to make my own chicken picatta rather than having to pay $15+ for take out. I'd always look up recipes but they were always so ridiculously complicated and the cooking "lingo" they used made no sense to me. Not even with a dictionary could I figure out what they wanted.

Well today, I finally did it! I found a fabulous recipe that's been rated 5 stars with over 800 reviews. It was so easy to make too! The end result tasted SO much better than any of those overpriced restaurant dishes. I LOVE IT!
